Refund policy

Replacement

Item to be replaced must be of the same product.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Notification

Customers must inform the seller within 10 days from the time of the purchase of the product with regard to the damage and issues on the received product. A Photograph of the damaged items or products with issues must be sent to the seller by attaching them to the notification stated herein. After the lapse of the 10 day period, replacement of item will not be allowed anymore.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund/Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, Refund and Exchange of item is NOT AVAILABLE.

Shipping fee

In case of replacement, the shipping costs will be shouldered by Refined Nature's Spices.
